Human Resources Consultant
Having served in executive and human resource management roles in Indianapolis for over 20 years, I enjoy working with clients advising them on the administration of human resources policies and procedures. Consulting can include analyzing programs and recommending solutions, developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting surveys, investigations, and training, as well as recommending improvements that will have a positive impact on the culture, productivity, and efficiency of teams.
Public Speaking
Sharing stories of perseverance, hope, and success in the midst of circumstances. Also able to tailor talks to team building and special event themes to engage, inspire, and motivate attendees.
Floral Design
Designs for any size party, wedding, event, or gathering! Table arrangements, bouquets, corsages, and the like. I look forward to adding flair and beautiful flowers to any of your special moments.
Floral Parties
Floral DIY parties, at a venue or your home. I bring the flowers, supplies, and instruction to you, guiding your guests through a meaningful and fun floral design class. Great for showers, birthdays, or just girls-night-out parties where your guests get to go home with a beautiful arrangement. Also offered is a Petals and Purpose event with story telling and networking to inspire purposeful living and inspiration. Let's brainstorm and think of a fun event that works just for you!
DIY Wedding Floral
Option 1: Want to do your own floral design start to finish and don’t have a place to do it?
We offer the Mars Hill Arts Center for rental with floral supplies included, ie. tape, wire, clippers, tables, etc. You provide the flowers and vessels! $50 an hour rental
It is recommended to assemble arrangements 2-3 days prior to your event, then you take your finished product with you!
Option 2: WPF consult/ordering/processing for you to DIY
WPF will assist with your recipe, order your flowers, process them, and have the ready for you to DIY yourself!
$150 consultation to determine floral recipes
Ordering from preferred wholesaler, cost = wholesale price x 2 + tax
Consultant receives & processes flowers (cleans stems, puts in flower food, etc.) prior to your event for you to pick up and DIY yourself. Client provides 5 gallon buckets 2 weeks prior and picks up flowers 3-4 days in advance of the event.
Example: Wholesale floral cost = $200; to pick up, process, and prepare flowers for your DIY, $428 + $150 consultation fee = $578 total
Bridal Petal Parties:
Let WPF guide your guests through the assembly of your personal flowers (bouquets/bouts) for your special day. Plan a girls’ night out, brunch, or party where you are instructed on how to make your floral designs, adding that special personal touch. Events are held at the Mars Hill Arts Center on the near southwest side of Indy.
To add this element, IN ADDITION to full floral services, you will receive a $200 discount on your total floral proposal price.
Personals will be delivered with the remaining floral elements on the day of your event.
Floral Team Building Events
Inspiring, innovative workshops incorporate the use of fresh seasonal flowers and foliage that will awaken creativity in each participant. Using floristry tools and supplies, participants will be guided through the process.
Participants will be coached through unlocking their own vision based on the skills and style demonstrated. As an experienced Human Resources Executive with a creative and floral flair, I am experienced in coordinating your team building theme with the floral design aspect of the event. Using the flowers and foliage provided, the participants will each create a unique arrangement to take home to enjoy or share with friends or family.
